- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical issue.

- Reason for the refund request
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not offer refunds in cases where:
- You changed your mind after purchase

- You no longer need the product

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to block access to your purchased files and may report the case to relevant payment processors.
